One has to be very kind and loving so that they care after child. Responsibilities for child care worker are caring, providing academic, communal, physical and psychological support to aid. On daily basis the task that have to completed are preparing materials, fun activities, creative things with children and delicious food. The person working for child care must accept legal responsibility for the health and safety of children. Patience and loving nature is the most important behavior for worker.
Certificate III of early childhood education and care and Diploma in early childhood education and care are the essential qualification for working as a childcare worker.
The role of child care worker brings lot of compassion and passion of working which offers the annual wage of $40,750 approx. There are around 149,600 child care centres established in Australia in which 93% workers are female. The department of employment predict strong future achievement in child care, expected 30,000+ new jobs to be there by 2020.

Once it is done then one can be eligible for 485 visas. The 485 visa is of 18 months. In those 18 month period they will need to secure employment in child care centre, gather work experience as full time worker. Assessors will pay you a visit at your work and confirm the criteria. After the successful outcome of evidence one can be eligible to stay in Australia. If you complete a Diploma of
Early Childhood Education, you may be given Recognised Prior Learning (RPL) for your Bachelor of Education and reduce the time of the course significantly.
